How To Take
This medication is taken by mouth within 30 minutes before a meal as directed by your doctor, usually 2-3 times a day.
Do not take a dose of medication if you are skipping a meal. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking.
If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and return to your usual dosing schedule. If you often forget to take your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.
Do not double a dose under any circumstances.
If you think you have used Repaglinide + metformin more than the usual dose, please seek medical help immediately.
People with the following medical conditions should not take Repaglinide + metformin:
- Kidney disease
- Obstructive lung disease
- Severe asthma
- Vitamin B12 deficiency
- Heart failure
- Recent heart attack
- Liver disease
- Recent stroke
Repaglinide + metformin may have the following side effects:
- Stomach upset
- Weight gain
- Joint pain
