How To Take
This medicine should be taken before your first main meal of the day. Do not skip your meals after taking this medicine.

Take Glimepiride precisely as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor.
Dosage
Adult: Initial: 1 mg daily, may increase in increments of 1 mg at intervals of 1-2 weeks according to the response. Maintenance: 4 mg/day. Maximum of 6 mg/day.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and return to your usual dosing schedule. If you often forget to take your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.
Do not double a dose under any circumstances.
