Usually 2-3 weeks, but please allow up to 30 days in some cases. It is essential to plan and order in advance of your need as holidays can slow down your country’s mail time. Further, worldwide happenings such as Covid have resulted in some longer than normal shipping times, but everyone, ourselves, the shippers, and the postal workers work hard to minimize delays.

If for some reason, your order does not show up or is damaged in transit, We will ship you another package. However, you received a partial order, and we will reship the missing items, offer a refund, or store credit whatever works best for you.
We will ask you to first allow 30 business days from last update on tracking. After those 30 days, you have not received the package, or if you received any notification that your package was on hold or returned to the sender, please send us an email, and we will take care of your request promptly.
Please note, we reship to the order’s address, we will not / cannot ship to a new alternate address. If you wish a reship to go to a new address, you might have to pay additional shipping charges. If your original order was input with an incorrect shipping address, a mistake, or such, we do not reship for wrong shipping information input.

When an order is in this status, it means that your order has not been paid and is waiting for payment. If you have paid and your order shows on hold, please do not worry; we manually update your order status twice weekly; when we update your order with your shipping code, the order status will change to complete. This depends on your country. You can always go to the India Post tracking site, but we recommend USPS.com for the USA. Please note do open up tracking history as the USPS.com web site does a poor job of doing front page updates; your order might have been sent, but the page can show it is still processing.
Unfortunately, you cannot. You may only cancel your order before it has been shipped from the pharmacy.
The only instance in which you can return a medication after it has been delivered to you is if the pharmacy sent you the wrong medication or if the medication arrived damaged. In the event of both scenarios, the pharmacy will promptly reship the medication to rectify the mistake.
Under no other circumstances can we allow a product to be returned or refunded outside these scenarios.
