Dosage of Pregabalin + Nortriptyline (Pregarica NT) 75 mg + 10 mg
Postherpetic neuralgia: Adults: Initial: 150 mg/day in divided doses. Usual: 150-300 mg/day in divided doses. Maximum dose of 600 mg/day in divided doses.
Adjunct in partial seizures: Adults: 150-600 mg/day in divided doses. Maximum dose of 600 mg/day.
Fibromyalgia: Initial: 150 mg/day, up to 300 mg/day after one week if needed, and then 450 mg/day if still required.
Anxiety: Oral: Adults: Initial: 150 mg/day. Increase slowly if needed. Maximum dose of 600 mg/day
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. If you often forget to take your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.
Do not double a dose under any circumstances.
