How To Take

Dosage of Pregabalin + Nortriptyline (Pregarica NT) 75 mg + 10 mg
Postherpetic neuralgia: Adults: Initial: 150 mg/day in divided doses. Usual: 150-300 mg/day in divided doses. Maximum dose of 600 mg/day in divided doses.
Adjunct in partial seizures: Adults: 150-600 mg/day in divided doses. Maximum dose of 600 mg/day.
Fibromyalgia: Initial: 150 mg/day, up to 300 mg/day after one week if needed, and then 450 mg/day if still required.
Anxiety: Oral: Adults: Initial: 150 mg/day. Increase slowly if needed. Maximum dose of 600 mg/day
If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. If you often forget to take your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.
Do not double a dose under any circumstances.

This is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and Nortriptyline. Pregabalin is an alpha two delta ligand that decreases the pain by modulating the nerve cells’ calcium channel activity. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Take special precautions if you have the following conditions:
