How Does Pregabalin + Mecobalamin (Pregarica M) 75 mg + 750 mcg Work?
Pregabalin+Mecobalamin can reduce the release of the neurotransmitters and promotes the regeneration of the neuronal myelin sheath. Pregabalin possesses analgesic property and reduces neuropathy-related pain symptoms. Mecobalamin is a cofactor of methionine synthase for the transfer of methyl groups to generate methionine from homocysteine. Elevated levels of homocysteine are a predominant risk factor of CAD. Therefore, it is converted into s-adenosylmethionine, which is involved in methylation reactions related to the reduction of depressive disorders.
